2012

Special distributor for high tech modules and components with a focus on  sensors and communication.

Solution supplier in the fields of communications (focus on 'wireless') and customer-specific sensor solutions.

2011

Start of field tests for the application of two-way pagers for public authority offices and organizations conducting security measures (BOS).

Patent development and registration for your own gas sensor module.

2010

Presentation of your own gas sensor module.

2009

Presentation of an additional two-way communication solution for the security market.

2008

Presentation of a first two-way communications solution for the security market.

2005

Successful market introduction of our own individual communication module.

2003

Integrator for the core components for the German OBU toll service, which was delivered by delphi to the Toll Collect GmbH.

2002

Expansion into Switzerland with the founding of the SECOS GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the UNITRONIC GmbH. Integration of the SECOS GmbH into the UNITRONIC GmbH.

2002

Acquisition of the UNITRONIC GmbH by the Swedish Lagercrantz Group. This is a group consisting of technology companies that are active in the branches of electronics, communications and similar industries. The group distributes surplus value solutions for their customers and maintains a position of leadership in a number of special segments.

2001

Changed the corporate form from GmbH to AG.

1992

Move into a modern building at the Business Park in Düsseldorf, Germany, in the close vicinity to the local airport and autobahn highways A52 and A44.

Expansion of the sales branches in Germany with sites in Gera, Emsdetten, Stuttgart, Berlin, Munich, Mayen and Düsseldorf.

1980

Michael Glemit becomes a partner and, at the same time, a shareholder

Focus and establishment of the UNITRONIC GmbH as a special distributor of electronic components, innovative semiconductors and sensors.

1969

The UNITRONIC GmbH is founded by Graduate Engineer Rudolf Breiden.

Distribution with well-known semiconductor manufacturers such as ATES, Fairchild, SGS and
General Electric begins.
